AUSTIN, Texas, August 21, 2024 – ClosedLoop, the leading healthcare AI platform,  today announced the appointment of Mark Reardon, MD, MBA, as the company’s new Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The addition of Dr. Reardon to the Executive Leadership Team marks another step in ClosedLoop’s ongoing efforts to continue holding the top spot in the “Healthcare AI” category by broadening expertise beyond machine learning, with Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs.

Prior to joining ClosedLoop, Dr. Reardon guided the transition of thousands of independent and health-system affiliated primary care physicians from fee-for-service to value-based care, while serving as an executive at a provider enablement organization. Dr. Reardon has also developed and implemented approaches to population health in a health policy role at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, as well as the not-for-profit dually-eligible health plan, Commonwealth Care Alliance.
